Alpha Facility Services was founded by Shri Anoop Singh Karayat. He is an Ex-security officer & renowned expert from “Special Protection Group” in the Prime Minister’s office and residence. Shri Anoop Singh Karayat has wide range of VVIP & VIP security experience throughout India & abroad. He has also been awarded with President Police Medal & Indian Police Medal for meritorious service during his service tenure. He has also participated in India- Pakistan war in 1971. On the personal front, Karayat is a spiritual man and committed to his family. He believes in team work and empowerment as the core value of management. Our History
A Plus Security Service and Training Institute Pvt Ltd was incorporated on 19 Dec 1998 as a private company and provided its services to various organizations. Alpha Facility Services (AFS) was established in 2008 as an Integrated Facility Management Services provider with a vision to deliver a wide spectrum of professional solutions to diverse industries across India. Unlike many others in the sector, AFS has established a strong process-oriented approach to deliver innovative solutions for organizations across diverse sectors, while building robust and adaptable expertise.
Starting operations in Delhi NCR, the company focused its early years not on rapid expansion, but on gaining an in-depth understanding of the service industry, corporate culture, and government institutions. This deliberate and steady approach laid a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

The core management group comprises of Ex-Security professionals & renowned experts from “Special Protection Group” for Prime Minister’s Security and Para-Military Forces. Their background entails highly sensitive security coverage to various Prime Ministers of India within India & abroad, anti-terrorist & security coverage to VVIPs and various prime events such as ASIAD- 82, Non-Aligned nations Meet- 82, Common Wealth Heads of States Meet- 83. The group also have an experience of serving for elite UNO assignments in Europe and counter insurgency operations in J&K. It is the proud privilege of Alpha that its founders were engaged by Union Government of India to train and sharpen the professional skills of entire Government Security Staff employed on the security of the country’s most prestigious and sensitive installation, i.e. Parliament House.
In order to have professional edge over others Alpha performs under close guidance of the directors having background of expertise in Labour Law, personnel management & business administration.
